Privacy Policy
Who we are and how to reach us
OutletRetailStore.com operates a local pickup-request storefront. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, withdrawal of consent, or concerns about personal information, email easytutorguide@gmail.com. The operator’s verified business identity and mailing address should be supplied before publication wherever required by applicable law.
Information collected for pickup requests
When you request pickup, we process your name, email address, phone number, products and quantities selected, displayed prices, requested pickup date and time, any message you provide, order-reference number, request status and related communications. We use this information to review availability, calculate the request total, contact you, prepare a receipt, arrange collection and maintain necessary records. Do not include payment-card numbers or other sensitive information in the message field.
Newsletter subscriptions and consent
If you choose to subscribe, we collect your name, email address, the date and time of signup, the consent statement and status, a confirmation record, and an approximate country when a trusted hosting provider supplies it. A confirmation email is used to verify that you control the address. Marketing updates are sent only after your confirmation, and each marketing email includes an unsubscribe method. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Technical data, cookies and analytics
The server processes ordinary network and security information such as IP address, request time and browser details to serve pages and protect the website. A hosting provider may estimate a country from the network connection; this is not a precise location and may be incorrect or unavailable. The cart may use browser localStorage to remember items. Essential security/session storage may also be used. Optional analytics and advertising cookies or comparable technologies should be activated only with appropriate notice and consent, where required. Withdrawing optional cookie consent should not prevent pickup requests.
How information is used and shared
We use customer information to respond to pickup requests, send requested service messages, handle cancellations or complaints, maintain accurate business records and meet legal obligations. Information may be processed by the hosting provider, email delivery provider and other service providers needed to operate the website. Advertising or analytics partners may process data only if those features are enabled and disclosed appropriately. We do not publish customers’ pickup details.
Retention and protection
We retain pickup-request and subscription records only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, compliance, accounting, security and dispute resolution. The period may vary by record type and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. Do not publicly expose order records, administrator credentials or SMTP passwords.
Your privacy choices
You may ask about information held concerning you and request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable exceptions. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To make a privacy request, email easytutorguide@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
Children and external links
This website is intended for general retail audiences and is not designed to collect personal information from children knowingly. Third-party websites linked from the store have their own privacy practices; review their policies before submitting information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when services, laws or practices change. The current version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Last reviewed: October 17, 2026.
Cookie notice and controls
Essential browser storage may keep your pickup-cart selection and support security. Optional analytics or advertising scripts may use cookies, identifiers and similar technologies when enabled. Where required, we seek your consent before enabling non-essential tracking, and you can change your preference using any cookie settings offered on the site or your browser controls. Blocking essential storage may affect cart persistence. Newsletter signup is separate from analytics or advertising consent. See the contact address above for questions about retention, service providers or rights.
