Using the website
Information is presented to help customers request local pickup. You must provide accurate contact details and use the site lawfully. We may decline fraudulent, abusive or impractical requests.
Prices, inventory and listings
Displayed prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise. Listings and stock can change. Before an order is confirmed, the store may clarify availability, condition, pricing, taxes and pickup details. We will request your agreement if material details change.
Requests versus confirmed orders
Adding products to a cart or submitting a pickup request does not complete a purchase and does not reserve any item. The store may send a separate confirmation after reviewing the request.
Pickup and payment
Products are offered for pickup, not delivery through this website. The store will provide collection instructions and any accepted payment arrangements before pickup. Do not arrive without confirmation.
Returns, cancellations and legal rights
All completed sales are final; no voluntary change-of-mind returns or cancellations of confirmed purchases. See the Returns & Cancellations page. Any final-sale terms are subject to mandatory consumer rights. Nothing on this website excludes remedies that applicable law does not allow a seller to exclude.
